An Atlanta native and a veteran of real estate with over 26 years of experience, Julie Brittain’s knowledge of the Atlanta area and its suburbs is unparalleled. A recipient of the 2020 Crystal Phoenix Award from the Atlanta REALTORS Association, acknowledging her 25+ years as a Multi-Million Dollar Top Producer, Julie is passionate about the industry.
Julie graduated with honors from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Psychology and is a Phi Mu Alumnae. Prior to her career in real estate, Julie was the Assistant Director of Marketing at GE Capital ITS. Julie has been featured in ATLANTA Magazine as a Top Real Estate Agent, JEZEBEL Magazine as a Realtor of Distinction and MEN'S BOOK Atlanta as a REALTOR of Choice.

She proudly volunteers for The Drake House in North Fulton and supports the Tunnel to Towers Foundation who builds mortgage-free smart homes for our most catastrophically injured veterans and first responders. Julie enjoys a sunny patio, quality time with her family, traveling, tennis and spoiling her two cats and Rottweiler/Blue Tick Hound mix, Sadie.
A true Georgia native, I was raised amidst the picturesque North Georgia mountains and has spent the past two decades immersed in the vibrant Greater Atlanta area.
With over 15 years in the hospitality industry, my journey includes impactful leadership roles at W Hotels in Atlanta and Austin, where I excelled in various operations, event planning, and sales positions. At the St. Regis Atlanta, I led entertainment and leisure accounts, qualifying new business, negotiating and preparing contracts, and collaborating on competitive rates.
In my recent position at InterContinental Hotel Group (IHG), I served as a Key Account Executive for Entertainment, Media, & Sports. Managing key accounts across 12 brands and 5,700 properties worldwide, I consistently exceeded quarterly goals and played a crucial role in driving market share. I also provided training for our on property sales teams to drive business in this unique segment.
Now in real estate, armed with a comprehensive understanding of client relations, strategic planning, and luxury service, I am dedicated to ensuring a smooth and successful transaction. Megan Humphries is a dedicated and experienced REALTOR®, the owner of Megan Humphries Homes, LLC, and a proud member of the Atlanta Lux Living Team. Since 2007, she has been a part of the Metro Atlanta community, bringing a profound understanding and appreciation of its diverse neighborhoods.
